Still about the trip...

We were very proud of our identities as mountain turtles (or suakus if you like). We even came up with our own pledge:

"We, the turtles of the mountains, pledge ourselves as one united family, regardless of size, species and habitat, to build a suakufied community, based on loyalty and unity, so as to achieve happiness, longevity and progress for our mountains."

Let me back-track a little to the night at Boston. So after we stuffed ourselves full with seafood, it was a 45 min drive back to our inn. We followed behind Alvin's car but when we reached the toll booth, there was actually no one manning that particular booth. (Alvin always had such wonderful luck in choosing lanes at the toll...) So we had to reverse and take another lane, and in doing so, we ended up in front of them. Being the crazy people we were, we gave them the "loser" sign before driving off. Remember the "Loser" cheer? I think platoonmates will know yar, esp El :) Anyway, we knew they were just behind us, so when we entered the inn, we (the 4 girls naturally. It was all too childish for Chinning...) decided to wait for them a little and performed the loser cheer just for them. Yeah man.

That sparked off our mini-performances for the rest of the trip. Yes, very reminiscent of my NCC days. I've gotta confess to my platoonmates that we did Truly Madly Deeply when we reached the corn maze. Hope you all dun mind, cos it was such a long time since I've heard the song and just couldn't help it *grinz*.

We performed our pledge (song and actions!) at the Teddy Bear Factory. I even got the video clip of it. Bribe me real well and I'll show it to you hee. Rest assure that nothing about Jing Yin has changed. She's still as nutty, crappy and crazy as ever :)
